My Story
Years ago, I was tired, in pain, and frustrated with my body. I thought running might be the solution, but after 4 months, I felt just as sore and even more exhausted than before. That’s when I realized that method didn’t work for me.
The Turning Point
I became interested in resistance training, starting with calisthenics. After just one month, I began to feel better: the discomfort disappeared, and I felt more confident in myself. This experience ignited a passion for training and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
My Mission
Today, I dedicate myself to guiding people toward a healthier, more energetic life, using a personalized approach tailored to each individual’s needs. I know what it feels like to be stuck, and I also know that with the right method, it’s possible to transform your life.
